Besides a t2 . Whats your next favorite hobbie.?

drinking red wine, watching cricket, going to gigs, going to festivals, socialising with friends and pretty much anything else that i can do whilst drinking red wine....

 

tending the allotment.

Note "tending" rather than the "growing vegetables".

 

Me and my mates used to fish for cod off the beach at Dungeness at night during the winter. We did catch in those days but I think the Spanish trawlers moved in and fished them out. Doubt if much there these days.

Now my van is having a rest with its broken engine, more time to be out with the mgb. Sun's arrived today so been out in it, I love being retired.

Like Barry, I do a fair bit of fishing but not for those ugly catfish which are probably eating everything else in the pond. I fish Frant Lakes quite a lot and just go for the Roach, Bream and Tench. The Carp hurt my arm muscles.

Fishing is a great hobby.

What happened to the magnet fishing chap on here, haven't had an update from him for a while.

 

Frant lakes near Tunbridge Wells, you used to be able to fish from a camper there, last time I fished there was around 1994/5, what's it like now?

Building things out of wood, I'm a carpenter, but it feels like a hobby! Renovating the house is being put on hold, usurped by the next exciting project...a car port or bus port more accurately That's probably underselling it too, it'll no doubt end up more garagey, than car porty. But given Doris's desire to get the house finished, I'm spinning it as 'just a car port', 'it'll fly up'

Also love a spot of gardening, and PS4.

I turned my back on fishing, tried it all, fly, river, lake, beach, boat after a decade all I'd caught was 3 crabs! Woot!
