yep. Tomsfield CAmpsite in Dorset. been going for years and its our favourite place, it's just grand in the Purbeck hills..

 

Short walk from the Square and Compass as well.

 

Pyrenees again for me ,more hill climbs, more camping in the wild..

did it last year, I am so boring...

 

Royan is only 20 minutes from me ,pop in for a cuppa..

 

oh yes...what a great pub....walk down to Seacombe along the coast path up to the Square. and we a stumble back after few ales and homemade cider

 

And me, will be soon fingers crossed.

 

Two weeks in the New Forest in Aug but lots of random wild camping all year round.

 

Looking forward to all the weekends and summer weeks to get out and about

Are you going there for V Dub Island in August?

 

Found it uncomftable over the last few years driving the pick up to France, so bought a builders van T5 to take this year to take over, which is good as we want to pop to see some friends while over there, which a few hundred miles away..

Poor pickup hasn't been used much, left parked up in the garage.

 

Uber like!!

 

Don't really know what we're doing, apart from a few odd weekends and Womad in July which we might turn into a longer break and visit some relatives in Shropshire. *shrug*

 

Planning on going away over the May Bank Holiday with friends, then will probably end up having a girlie camping trip somewhere - not sure where - will give you all a heads up so you can avoid it

V Dub Island booked up and then I'm hoping to go out for a few odd nights out when the weather ain't too shabby. We've got to have a nice summer soon right??

 

I thought the big sand dunes were north of Bordeaux and the Gironde
