Why would anyone try and tow a trailer across a beach (unless they're launching a boat)?

  8. Why wasn't the bay strapped to the trailer, its only on there with the winch cable, no wonder it tried to float back to shore itself

  9. Maybe they were attempting to rescue the bay...or maybe not it doesn't even have wipers.

  10. Is that an import? Don't they usually use a ship for that kind of thing?

  11. One word . . .

    Why?

  12. Looks like the trailer has snapped by the winch,

    Is it now water cooled

  13. What’s the matter with them using a dingy like all the others do?

  14. So that’s a 1 year old t6 destroyed / flooded, a trailer broken and a bay flooded. Somebody had a very bad day. Any more info? Where did you get the footage?

  15. Apparently
On a recovery page, I believe (but not 100%) it was parked on the beach, sort of unofficial car park. Whilst away from it the tide came in !!

No great surprise but there's now a crowd funder to try and mitigate their stupidity.

Nope, they were all with it doing a photo shoot for various wedding businesses. In a cave!
Tide came in (I guess no one checked the tide table). Bay got stuck in the sand. They tried to save it with the T6. Too slow. Tide rose 4.5m!
