Any one else on here own a beetle as well?

Like it says in the title. I've got a 79 super Viking and a 69 1500 beetle. Just curios to see what people brought first. I brought my van the a beetle.

 

Hello, I have Molly who is a 1974 camper, and Bella a 1968 soft top (paris conversion io believe) 1500 beetle too..

Had Molly for 3 years then saw Bella and fell in love Bella is currently sat in the garage with a flat battery but will be going in for refurb soon then.will be my daily driver...v exciting x

 

i got my bug first (72 1600 GT), was my first car too and served me well fully loaded roof rack for camping trips but eventually got the camper and now the bug is my daily and gets a rest during camping trips

 

Denise got her second Beetle almost 8 years ago after her first on back in the late 80s early 90s fell apart...

We then got my 412 Variant almost 5 years ago

we then got a 411 2 door Sedan 3 years ago (it's still not back on the road...maybe next year

and we got the van earlier this year. We have 4 aircooled cars vehicles now but as the bug failed it's MoT this year we are getting it welded properly with the body off to fix some of the old patches from previous years, fingers crossed we'll get it back in a months time

 

I've got Gavin the campervan and Bertie the beetle

 

i got a new beetle so yes - although it is a girly hairdresser one.

 

Currently have a 1303 Beetle because our camper (Stig) isn't yet on the road! And Mrs B couldn't be car less any longer - then we got another air cooled but free to tax and cheap to insure

69 camper ( not l8 i know) Had her for5 years now, 69 bug had her for3 years now, 96 t4 ( currently converting to camper ) had him for 1 month !!

Currently got a '70 beetle with a wizard kit fitted and a '72 crew cab. Bought the wizard first just over a year ago with the plan to run for a couple of years before upgraded to a van.

But the van couldn't wait ;D

I ve got Huey my 78 westy, had it for 6 years and ive got " The Bug " a 75 1303 Karmann cabrio. It's been in the family since 1990 and i used it for my wedding car. I'll dig out some photos. O0
