The problem with this is that the security services will have information on these people that they cant disclose to the legal system due the fact that it will endange sources, methods operatives and the like. Our system is geared up for criminals and proper nutters , the bad, mad and sad not terrorists.

The world is getting a mad and dangerous place. Only a few months ago, a kid stabbed another kid to death in our town for £20.00. My son knew him. If I knew what it was over, I would have given the young un £20 out of my own pocket, just to save a young life. I just don’t understand it.
