Aluminium Trolley Jack

    It’s not rebranded snap on, it was Sykes pickavant, snap on is much better but most folks don’t get the use to justify the cost

    I have a Draper Advanced socket set in a steel box I inherited from my father.. the blow moulded plastic liner disintegrated so I used a piece of a huge slab of closed cell packing foam I found floating in the river (blown away from a boat yard I suppose) . Carved out tool shapes in the foam and welded up one of the broken catches.. always in my bus.

  3. Some of the budget mountain bike aluminium bicycle frames look dodgy.
    The trolley jack doesn't have any welds, bolt assembled. No veneer in here!

    I was lied to then, but I’m right about the gears in the ratchets.
