air/oil cooled engine running badly ..?

    my suzuki bandit 1200...

    its a 2002 bike bog standard ..

    it has been running badly ...
    it wont run/rev, at low revs ...:confused:

    but will run at 90+ ...with the odd surge ..

    4 cyl ,4 carbs, been serviced and only done 5k

    ive found the problem ...:chewie:

    anyone want to have a guess..? :gnome:
