Is this in response to my question about whether mains cold pressure is potentially too high when set next to a DHW feed to a pump? I would make a proper change if I wasn't a "shamateur", or someone else would do it for us if this wasn't a minimal disruption brief! The old boy is 90, so while being pretty damn capable for his age, he just wants the magic to happen and within a reasonable cost and time frame ... At least this way he's only without hot water for however long it takes to whip out that compression T and hook up the new/prepared pipework. (It's a three days every two weeks job as I travel from Stroud to London to "keep tabs" ...)
Unfortunately that’s not always the answer. If you haven’t got the flow rate due to small bore mains pipe you’re need to increase the pipe size ie diameter Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
@Merlin Cat Looks like you are at Camping de Lyon https://www.camping-lyon.com/ If you’re still there tomorrow I could come across to say hello, it’s only 35km.

Oh I’m a silly! If you can get here in the morning I will treat you to a cup of English tea . We are a bit knackered after 7 am setting off from Kent this am. Want to set off by 10 tho as booked hotel in sitges tomorrow night with friends and don’t want to be too late there.
I’ll try to get there but don’t wait, I might have a lie in. If it’s sunny I’ll probably take the MGB, if it’s raining I’ll be in the Bus.
