Advice needed urgent , from all vegeees

    My two girls are 'veggies' and I eat very little meat. There are so many great foods that I've been served up, a lot of them are stuff that we all eat.
    Bolognase - I prefer quorn mince
    Omelettes
    Pizza
    Parmigiana
    Curries
    Soups

    vegeees 002.JPG actually it wasnt bad , i liked the falafrels or what ever you call um and the bean stew tahini was spicey hot , yeh id take a vegee out :D sweet was quite good too ,cake that was unusualish, had a few drinks n couple of cock tails which i wouldnt normally .

    Tofu, also known as bean curd, is a food made by coagulating soy milk and then pressing the resulting curds into soft white blocks. It is a component in East Asian and Southeast Asian cuisines.

    It's lovely from Chinese or Thai places if it is stir fried with salt and chilli. Often called salt & pepper tofu, despite it being with chilli.

    I tried Tofu once. It was honestly the most disgusting thing I'd ever eaten!
    I'm not sure it was the flavour as it only really seemed to taste of what it was cooked in (it was in a great Chinese in Nottingham) but the texture!
    It was a like an inflated ball of nothing.
    Horrible stuff.

    A mate did stitch me up with a quorn chilli once though and to be fair it was bloody lovely!
