What should a non vegeee eat at a vegeee restaurant , ive succumbed to go later on ?? it says meze ............................................................................
I've been a veggie for 35 years and I can't stand most veggie restaurants, most leave me feeling hungry. Avoid anything marked vegan - by the time you've taken out cheese, eggs, milk etc you really are running short of things to cook with..... Good luck. Consider getting a steak in for when you get home...
Anything. As its only one meal no lasting physical side effects should occur. 2% of 5000 patients displayed symptoms of a desire to hug trees which occurred for no longer than a day or two. Whilst 3% felt the need to consume large amounts of Tofu. Should either of these events occur and cause distress to family members then a quick application of a medium to rare steak will return your physiology to a more stable level.
Grilled Halloumi is nice, with falafel s n hummus, that kinda thing is very tasty. Imam Bayildi , if they do it, is cold aubergine with tomatoes, garlic and olive oil or summat like that. Doesn't sound that appetizing but it's bloody nice, honest . And open all the windows in your house overnight
Aubergine Parmigiana, that's very nice. There's a scene in Twins where Arnie and Danny Devito both eat Egg Plant Parmigiana. It tastes as lovely as it looks
Wife and I aren't veggies as we still eat fish, but haven't eaten meat for 30 odd years. We still like shepherds pie, toad in the hole, a roast on Sundays, bacon sandwiches, burgers etc. it's just that we've substituted the meat with quorn and soya products. Don't settle for beans and lentils, in this day and age they should be offering decent meat substitutes.
