I don't think you've got a legal route that's worth the agro. You didn't report it straight away, the police won't be interested and you'll find it difficult and expensive to build a case with testimony from a bunch of drunk mates.
I'm really sorry to say this but mates, even drunk mates don't treat each other like this joker has.
Walk away or buy a gumshield (sorry, pathetic attempt at humour...)

This guy sounds like a real knob. Do you really need friends like this? You're being too reasonable IMHO - I'd never want to see the guy again (and if the rest think it's just a laugh, I'd ditch them as well). Life's too short.

 

What should you do? Blimey, that's so easy. Why on earth would you want friends like that? Long, long ago, I would have told him he's an effin t%@t. Seems like a complete knob who can't handle his beer. I realy, really hate folk like that. Stay well clear mate, move on and put it down to experience.

 

Spit beer at him and see what happens. If he reacts then politely remind him that he has done the same on a few occasions himself. At least if he comes at you then you have the excuse to lamp him one. Self defence and all that

Hi there, reading this I can see why you never reported it originally however this is a case of ABH and you should at least go and speak to police about it! I can't see what the original date is that this occurred however on reading that most of the people present were *******ed unless this idiot is going to make full admissions in interview it's probably ping nowhere. Saying that you have medical bills, receipts etc and the fact that you appear to have admissions by way of text could stand for something. I would speak to local,police, it appears a fairly easy job for them but if you don't speak to them you'll never know will you? Let me know how you get on?

 

Wow, if this guy is in your friends circle then I dread to think what your enemies (if you have any) are like!

What you need to do is take a rather game friend out with you all one night and get him to single your beer spitting buddy out and give him a taste of dental treatment lol

Unfortunately you let him use your good nature against you by enabling him to be a bully

Give him a final ultimatum and then take action!

 

Cor blimey, what a situation - I don't envy you one bit. I think I know what we would all like to do, reality however is a lot different. I think it's time to draw a line under it and move on.

If you need someone to go snowboarding with, I'll come with you and I'm sure a few others on here would too.

Incidentally, Andorra was my first ever snowboarding location - cheap booze and fags with ski-slopes - brilliant.
