The annoyance of your egg slipping out your egg and bacon sandwich. 80% less slippage by adding a extra slice of bread in between. Thank me later
Yes - but which brown sauce though. ( OH NO not a WHICH SAUCE thread!!) I always used to have the ubiquitous HP Sauce - back to when I was a kid and it had the French translation on the bottle (cette sauce de haute qualitie ....). Then about 5 years ago HP was taken over - pre-Brexit - and is now made in Holland - so I now boycott HP and buy supermarket's own brand brown sauce - which is made in UK.
Brown sauce on bacon.....have you taken leave of your senses? Red sauce on bacon. Brown sauce on sausages. Thems the rules, @snotty will be along in a minute to try to get you to eat eggy flan instead.
No. You're wrong. Only brown HP sauce on bacon. It's the law. Did you not see Rishi's statement in Parliament?
Always Daddies sauce in the cupboard (and not in the fridge) during my childhood in the 1970s . My wife and kids do not like brown sauce so not worth me buying one for just myself but may wander up to my parents and relive my childhood with a plate of chips straight out of the bright orange fryer . I might even push my luck and see if there is a choc ice lurking in the freezer .
Exactly right @paneuropaul ,you would have thought everyone knew this! And as for this eggy flan stuff....I despair!
Tomato sauce is for children. Brown sauce is for adults and is the only sauce worth gracing your bacon. facts bruv. The end.
Wrong, wrong and wrong again, I despair it's Tamarind chutney from Waitrose.... not this vinegar stuff.
