Big thanks to Eric for the interior removal thread, helped loads today, spent a full day removing the interior and replacing the mouldy rotten sub floor and carpet

cost a grand total of 70 pound for all the wood and the carpet

a few finds, $2 ticket to the 1981 colorado state fair, loads of coins, an old postcard and numerous mice dropping

Another madmatz install, basic carpet set, fitted really well. I cut up the seatstands and made then into kickpanels, as my original seatstands where okay

 

swapped the whitebands and wheels off my 79 onto the 77

 

off to the workshop for some paint and polish, and a full service, cant wait to see the results, hopefully pics soon

 

looks good - i was gonna ask what happened to your old whitewalls!

with an impending respray on my 79, and another westy thats in my sights, this one is going up for sale as soon as its back from the workshop looking shiney with a fresh mot
