WANTED 1800 type 4 flywheel 215mm

I am after a decent type 4 1800 flywheel with 215mm clutch surface please. I can swap for a 2 litre or purchase please. Thanks

 

I may have one or it could be a 210mm will check

 

I had to change mine for a 228mm when I fitted the new 6 rib gearbox, with the 3 rib I could not get enough clutch travel with the pressure plate to change gears with the engine running.
When measured the 228mm was around 5mm deeper that the other (210 or 215) hence you need the deeper bell housing on the gearbox, and this would account for the clutch problems that I had.

 

Just read your other thread about compatibility, Mine was an 1800cc so must be a 215mm but will check in the morning.

 

Ive got a 5 rib Mark, it jams against the back of the bell housing before the front has mated with the engine, bought a 1800 clutch kit but now need a flywheel

 

I have, 2 very nice 2 litre ones, and a brand new 2 litre clutch kit, shame it dont fit lol

maybe @mjones1969 has one, I have been in touch with Bettlelink and he is going to look today as he thinks he has one. Fingers crossed.

 

when I had to get another 210 I struggled to find one and it was *****ing expensive

 

I have a 215mm flywheel i'm happy to swop for a 2 litre one as i have gone over to a 6 rib box. If you want then pm me your address and i will post it to you, if its sorts you out then just return the other one back to me

Think a 215 flywheel should be nearer 220 when measured
