    I began with a Sinclair Scientific calculator kit at school. Wish I still had it but by the time I had finished with it it was thoroughly knackered. I think I killed it with ElectroStatic Discharge damage - soldering it while it was turned on.

    And you could optionally load the T2 from both sides. Originally you couldnt get stuff in the back anyway, as the big door gave you the engine and the fuel tank.
    Or have the badly hacked together pickup version (rough edges and primer still visible) where you could put things bigger than the T2 on the back..

    ..oh remember well myfirst zx81..paid arond 50 bucks for it then (not sure of that tho)..those days of never ending loading in games (sometimes succesfull) and the graphics wow..when my cousin got a zx spectrum tho I was sooo jealous it was a diffrent world of gaming..some of my mates had ataris xe65 (not sure)..those were machnes..then I upgrated to commodore 64 with the disc floppy drive!!..so entered a next level of playing games..always dreamed of an amiga 500 back then though never had it..when 90scame my dad bought his first ibm type pc for his company with a dial up jnternet connection (mid 90s I think) and the world changed for ever..ps hate computers now and they hate me even more

    Clive's issues where funding and being well before his time we have to remember the home pc is all on him he may not have been the first but he got those little rubber keyboards into every 10 year-old kids home or the kid next door.
    The c5 was an all electric vehicle on lead acid battery's (ok it had peddles) an all new design. I hope we remember him for all the stuff he did.

    Elon musk is clearly bright but the car is hardly a new concept it's just a different engine.

    Home computers and phones owe him a huge thanks.
