That is actually a brilliant idea. Get a compressor for air horns, and mount the bagpipes under front of the van. A quick blast of "Scotland the Brave" and they'll get out of the way

 

I don't think he needs one now he lives in Magpie land ....he wasn't wearing one when i went to see him in Scotland .
