Certainly remember seeing it on my Wales Oddesey...back in the day...well, pre Covid.
Though so ...... National Trust...that's how I knew about it.

Pembrokeshire coast is lovely but not been there before so looking forward to it.

 

View from the back of the boat this afternoon - low tide at the Elephant Boatyard, next to the Jolly Sailor. To the right the tin roof is the old Itchen chain ferry. All Howard's Way here.

Just bought a water pump shaft (wear item , drips like a T1 oil seal but sea water) and a steel oil pipe for the 330cc single cylinder 4 stroke Yanmar diesel engine (dripped on by sea water from the water pump just above) - only £110 each.
The pipe only lasted 35 years, the shaft lasted about 15. I have now owned this boat for 25 years.

 

i used to watch Howard’s Way. Became slightly obsessed during one of the lockdown last year where I’d just go around site humming the theme tune. Luckily a good friend managed to wean me off by engaging in role plays where we would reenact conversations between Tom and Rolf Howard about the future of the boat yard.
