i do! but i used to when i felt hungry, now i don't feel hungry anymore so i can forget sometimes. and a G&T with lime must be at least three of my major food groups
You need to teach your brain to enjoy and look forward to food and make nice little treats for yourself . Oh n how’s your friend doing ?
All the botanicals in Gin must at least be one of the '5 a day'... and the lime would be another..... I suppose ice in it means you're keeping your water intake up (don't want to get dehydrated...). How about some olives on the side? Classy and it's food. Win Win.
seems to be a more physiological issue but one we're working on. carla is getting better but seems to have picked up another bug. she was out and about this morning but then fell asleep for the rest of the day and complained about it! i've tried telling her to let her body rest but she never listens to me. i love her stubborn baggishness but i do worry about her and she won't let me help as much as i'd like to
You should tell her you need to eat more ,soooo then you can cook her dinner and eat with her and then you’ll both get better my lady
olive bread and brie for lunch. i've been taking the opportunity to have lots of carbs and fat when i can... i may regret this when it comes to putting on the christmas party frocks!
i will try. now all the woolies are packed away and the bus is cleared for some work, i can get back on to the house stuff. need to dig out some wedges tomorrow from the shed and see where to put the hinges
going to put the hinges on the door where there's already a cut out for them (nearly) and then offer it up with wedges to see where i need to put them on the frame so i can mark the frame. i can't hold the door up off the floor and mark the frame i use wedges when i'm rehanging doors... may not be the correct way but has worked in the past for me
