I don't have any particular axe to grind with Mrs May. She has made a fool of herself though. Now she is having to cosy up to the gay bashers of the DUP. Not a prospect I relish. Am a Labour supporter by inclination and upbringing but I can't warm to JC either. Happy days!
To be fair Bazza she's had a chance to impress the people over the last year and completely blown it despite being up against apparently ineffectual opposition and having a compliant Tory press onside. I personally think she's on borrowed time, there must be loads of moderate Tory backbenchers deeply uneasy at the prospect of an alliance with a bunch like the DUP. The big concern, given the likelihood of a leadership challenge, is that last year in the post referendum leadership contest she was head and shoulders above any other candidates in terms of Prime Ministerial authority and gravitas.
Let,s be fair they should be called puppet minister as its the non elected men in gray who are really run the show.

Why the obsession with fish? Is this the same Norman Tebbit who is alleged to have shouted this: 'Go away and have another heart attack! Hear hear @Purple, my mate and I were indeed inspired by Mr Tebbits speech, the fishing in our town wasn't good the best fisheries were sold off to developers, rather than sit on our arses moaning about how unfair it all was we got on our bikes and traveled to other areas until we found new fisheries, by the way Mr Tebbits famous get on you bike speech was made before Mr Corbyns friends in the I R A blew up the Grand Hotel Brighton, soon after a left wing Publication ( sorry I can't remember the name but a simple google will tell you) for which Saint Jeromy wrote an article , said " now try riding your bike Mrs Tebbit" , the poor lady was in a wheel chair at the time @JT1 my obsession with fish as you call it, is because fishing is my hobby, and its what I enjoy doing
Mrs May needs to weed out the backstabbers in the party , she needs to stay strong and remember that Europe needs us more than we need them, remember we are Great Britain, she should dictate to them what we want and if they don't like it tough, she should never be frightened to apologise when she makes a mistake, I think a sorry goes a long way, we all make mistakes everyone of us, Good luck to Mrs May
Only person she's apologised to so far are Tory MPs. She's oblivious to the fact she's right royally screwed up the country. ah well at least she wont be there long. Shame really. ineffective opposition .... boots on the other foot now!
Mrs May should be given every support to move us forward with Brexit and those back stabbers in the Tory party should be weeded out. Labour did not come through even though they sprayed us with daily promises, which they would never be able to carry out without a load of borrowing. After the usual period of post mortem and the negative brigade, it will settle down. As Barry says, the EU needs us and they have already indicated they want to get on with Brexit talks.
