It seems like the perfect moment for the Tories to extend their reign. Who else is there to vote for with any seriousness ? I should think the turnout will be fairly low..... voter apathy has to be high when there is so little choice.
Exactly what I thought when I heard about the election on the radio, "Who the hell do I vote for now?". I think I may abstain, keep my head down and pretend it's not happening.
I believe they do. The only problem is that if they win, they'll do a Nigel Farage, bottle it and resign. I'm with @Terrordales, they'll all self serving low life's. I'd vote for Baldrick as at least he has a cunning plan.
No, Tony Robinson digs up things. Next you'll be telling me Lord Blackadder is really Rowan Atkinson.
Same here - the son of a British Steel shop steward, brought up to value the right to vote, but this time around I just cant bring myself to vote for Corbyn or cast any kind of protest vote.
I think it's inevitable. Was just thinking aloud about how you can't predict anything in politics at the mo. Anyway none of this matters. Surely Theresa has called the election cos she knows it's her only chance to win as PM before Trump, Putin and Kim Jong Un vaporise us all
Well this General Election talk is about to be eclipsed by the big rumour of the moment: The Queen is to abdicate at the end of the month. Anyone else heard this?
