I went to see my 5 year old daughters nativity play this afternoon, she played a donkey,it was lovely seeing my little girl up on stage, she was so brave as she is painfully shy,I got something in my eye which made it appear I was crying,
At my age, cheek, I have a daughter of 37, a daughter of 36, a daughter of 34, a son of 32 and a daughter who's 5
Who's been a busy boy then I remember my daughters first play She was dressed as a fairy and singing louder than anyone else made me smile The time goes to fast tho she is off to secondary school next September
My daughter was in her nativity play today, playing the pivotal role of the king who brings the gift of gold. I think she invested the part with sufficient gravitas to win a bafta next year daaaarlings! Needless to say, me n Mrs Tatty were very proud . Kids nativity plays are just fab.
It's my class Nativity rehearsal tomorrow and performance Friday. I'm dreading it. It's not the kids it's the parents. There's already fb complaints about the time, format etc etc
