I will look when I get back home, I read a thread on earlie bay and they mentioned f6. Take it that is what they require then?
No, I think it is what they always put in regardless and they don't listen to the feedback, should be F78 or F?? Can't remember which exactly, @zedders knows
What is the difference then? F6's will get it running properly? I vaguely understand the function of an emulsion tube but the different types I am not familiar with.
I only know because the wise ones on here advised us the same info. All this talk of 170's, 55's, F6 etc is like a dark art
They might do, it's worth asking. Eurocarb have generic jetting when the send out new carbs, the ICT's are supplied with jets to suit Bedfords, as mentioned previously. On our 1911 ours are jetted as follows: 135 main jets 55 idle jets 175 Needle jets 160 Air corrections F6 Emulsions Peter Burgess tuned them to the above
It's strange because they ask for the engine size when ordering and they are labelled as vw twin carb kit. How annoying.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/WEBER-DGA...782016?hash=item2ee9d89980:g:0j0AAOSwVL1WB9DS It is infuriating that Eurocarb know that F6's are the way forward but still insist on supplying the wrong tubes. I might email them a link to this thread, but they probably wont listen.
