So, update time. After 3 nights at t/e we already find interior 1 is very impractical, wasted space all over (some good ideas by others given - @sANDYbAY @theBusmonkey being 2) so over the next few months this set up will become more "dog eared" as it's adapted to make mk2 better. The biggest problem is access whilst bed up is limited to the rear cupboard (for limited read non existent) so taking an idea off my bay westy I removed the door and swapped it for one of the front ones (which was hinged the wrong way) and had a company we use at work cnc me some holes, the door still opens but we can now get small items out at anytime.

I'll show my idea with the front cupboards tomorrow.

You've started now, soon you'll have a garage full of woodworking tools and a stack of wooden offcuts that just might come in handy and an interior better than you could have bought commercially. :)

Keep on tweaking until it looks like a Westy Berlin. Then you could stick the engine in the back to free up some space at the front.

Imagine you had just gone out and spent a fortune on a bespoke interior to find it didn't work for you.

  15. I can see why a lot of interior fit out companies use those sliding doors fella!

I'm working on another slide out cooker unit, this time for the boot but I need to find a pair of 900mm full extending drawer runners!

When you say bed is up do you mean when it's a seat? I can access quite a few of my cupboards either way. Would you like a couple of photos?

I presume yours is a proper interior? Mines made of kitchen units hence doors not being in decent positions

Yes, it's a reimo interior but may be handy for positioning?

  19. There is a company that make units like that @Robo
