    I was going to say 24. I watched all 8 seasons about 6 months ago having never seen it before. I was so sad when we watched the last episode! I love jack bauer, i even wanted to call my boy Jack when he was born in November :)

    If you liked 24 then try The Following. Very similar style and pace but much gorier (sort of 24 meets Se7en). Kevin Bacon definitely read the Keifer Sutherland Book of Acting and Running About for the role.

    I have a fair selection of things on DVD but this is the best one on the shelf by a distance.
    (Second place goes to The West Wing - seasons 1-4 anyway - and I might have "accidentally" watched half a dozen episodes from season 1 of Buffy the other day but I'm not a dirty old perve. Honest.)

    :D ha ha. I might accidentally have a few Buffy on DVD.........never watch them of course ;):)

    I also have a sticker on the van that has a pic of Firefly and says Keep Calm and Stay Shiny:)

    Spiral is basically "The Killing" mixed with "The Sweeney" and is completely tremendous. I finished S4 last Saturday and all four series are epic.
