ppe is spray suit and 2k mask and good ventilation fan that's it I could use an air fed mask but for small jobs like one bus I'd just use a 2k mask there fine but if you spray every day then I would suggest an air mask
Also didn't realise you were based around the Fens. I grew up in nearby March, but now live down in Dorset.
Looks great a real credit to you, now the more enjoyable bit starts putting it all back together! Just started my repaint & interior refurb, keep dreaming about fitting it back up with a lovely shiny paint job !
Yes but it might get put on hold for a month as might go back home to Thailand for a month then come back an start my own resto garage and get the rest painted but yes look forward to putting it back together and cheers for the good words
Nice paintwork!.. Watch out for glare off your windscreen with that light painted dash tip... I did mine pastel white first but others around here have warned against it...mat black now
I know what you mean but I will be putting a dash carpet in the front window so won't be a problem with glare
paint looks amazing! have you ever painted before? also what gun are you using? just wondering as i will be painting my own bus too
Hi yes I have painted before and I just use a normal upright gun that cost about £100 and a hvlp gun that cost £175 but it's not the guns it's the prep and mixed correctly paint so get the right flow on the panels but at the end of the day it's just practice
