  3. just an update so here goes[​IMG] finishing off the back with the help of a very good friend on here @redoxide :thumbsup:thanks for the corners they fit great i just could'nt get mine smooth like yours :cool: just got the inside to do tomorrow[​IMG][​IMG] and thats the last of the metal work :thinking:

    Thanks I will have to make my own as they were to rusty to go back in . But a least that will be the end of the metal work :p

  7. I had to make one as I had the same issue & I had used a nibbler to cut it out so it was 2-3mm to small on all sides! I just kept it as a template to get the shape correct on the new one.

  9. Wow, I am amazed, this bus was scrap but now its done right, I'm glad you picked a bad one, its nice to see them resurrected. Looking forward to the next installment now. :)

Well it did come from a scrapyard so I guess if I didn't get it it probably would have been crushed :(I just wanted something that had not been welded or dun up as I would be doing it all again anyway so it'd be wasted money( but some people think it's better to buy one already done). But then it would not be how I would want it anyway. Thanks for the good words :thumbsup:

  13. right its been a while holiday:) ect but heres an update:thumbsup: cleaned all the old underseal of:confused: then sand blasted the bottom of the van worts job in the world:( as on my back for all this, then epoxied it [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]then gravel tex it:)[​IMG] then put a thin coat of 2k primmer followed by 2 full wet coats of top coat [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]just the rest to do :D

  17. Get clear cavity wax now and spray all inside all the cavities. :)

  19. Some of the parts cleaned and primed [​IMG][​IMG]And then top coated as i need to get the van back on its wheels so i can then get it in the workshop:) and do the rest of the body work and paint:thumbsup: [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]
