Look harder, front edge has mahoosive holes.

 

in door pillar oh stupid here was looking on door card.
whats best to fill them rivets or pvc bungs.

Kev, go and actually look. DOOR FRONT, holes as big as an egg...

eeeer, if you mean fresh air dash duct that has been blanked off inside, the 2 x 6mm holes will plug off over w/e. may need your glasses Steve as cant see what you can,

 

I give up, if you don't understand what "front" means, I can't help.

 

Open your door further and look in the bit where the hinges are.
