Bad customer reviews spread faster than good ones. He could be doing himself out of business by doing that. VW community is very big don't ya know!

Bad customer service will always be remembered and even going back in will be against the grain and not a good experience ,the good pubs are always the chilled ones... 8)

We got up from benches moved about 2 metres and sat on floor and ate the chips.
