What size are these ?

The BUGPACK thing is a breather box, looks like the rocker covers are vented, unnecessary on the type 4 but common on tricked up type 1 engines. Do you know what the engine spec is?

Looking underneath there's quite a fare few metre's to replace ! . yes the rockers are attached via the orange tubing (so vented) . on the engine spec I was told around 2100cc.
Whilst we're on the fuel subject , any cause for concern on the fuel pump .

 

Crazy .. that’s why on my 914 I fitted braided Teflon hoses

 

I have the braided hose on my Westy , is this an acceptable alternative to R9 ?

 

No braided rubber and braided Teflon are worlds apart . The Teflon uses an olive and aluminium fittings
