What oil is best to use

I remember someone previously recommending this stuff.

A decent mineral multi grade 20/50 will be fine. I use Millers in the bus and my MG.

 

...although if you've got a newish or recon engine, I'd go for 15W40. 50 is too thick.

Joe Gibbs hr1 15/50 racing oil is very good but quite expensive
