Fitted front wheel bearing, hot start relay and 240v to our bus today.

today's job on my very very very late bay

All wired up






Man i hate those bl**dy things,i had to replace so much wiring cause of corrosion to the wires,

 

fitted a Vintage speed sport Muffler to my bay. it is awesome. fitted perfectly and makes a lovely sound. Very pleased.

 

welded my cab door back on wahoo ;D ;D

had a go at fabricatin some over riders to ;D

 

Have fitted new brake master cylinder, although promising myself not to try untill receiving new brake pipes and flaring tool (ordered over a week ago) 'cos I had a suspect pipe and thought the B****r would snap as soon as I tried to detach it from the master cylinder.
Result...no snapped pipe, brakes are great....well better, and all done with a stinking hangover and a throbbing head. Had to have a hair of the dog at 11.am and I'm sure that helped my focus but not my aim......brake fluid all over the cab floor and under the mat. :

 

Have just found out that all of the heating control flaps are missing of my type IV. Damn!!!

Took roof off ready to make roof box

 

steam blasted the underside as i"Wm gonna seal it in a few hours

 

well after last nights little what the [glow=red,2,300]bl**dy[/glow] hell moment,
( when the brake lights decided to work)
I decide to go & get a 3 prong flasher relay from the scrap yard(found 1 on a old Porsche) ) well after a little head scratching___I figured out how to wire my flasher & get them to work!!!! :crossed so i now have blinker & hazards
