What exhaust or doesn't it matter

  1. Looking to buy a standard exhaust setup for my 71 crewcab but looking online there seems to be two options. One has a one part tailpipe and the other a 3 piece tailpipe. It state that they are for different years on one site then all years on another. Also it looks to me as if the other other difference in the two is the inputs for the manifold that the carb sits on but as I have twin carbs I'll need to blank these off right?!? Cheers in advance

  2. You can use either dude... prototype bay is supposed to be the 3 piece TP, but the later one fits just as well :)

And the preheat points will need blanking :)

  3. How would you blank these?!? I was thinking some Ali cut to size with two holes and then just bolt it to it with some sealer of some sort. Any recommendations?!?

  4. You can buy blanking plates for not very much.

  5. ^they're the ones!

  6. Took me an age to find them too o_O damn websites are getting harder to navigate :(

  7. Cheers guys. All ordered up!

  8. I find the Heritage one completely un-navigable :(

  9. Before the "update" (I'm talking like 4/5 years ago) it was awesome to use... it has got better since the update, but the search function is absolutely pointless o_O

  10. I wonder how many sales they loose.

    Zed Gradually getting grumpier

Loads I should think - the search function is rubbish.

  12. I have stopped using heritage and JK as much because I find their websites to time consuming. Even more points for Machine 7.
