WHAT DID YOU DO THIS WEEKEND?

    I'll mix a 'Hi and Welcome' and get straight in and post. I went to Upton Blues Festival with my brother. We met some strange and wonderful folk (usually a combination of both :) ) drank quite a few nice ales listened to some cool rock and blues. Found a nice quiet sleepy spot at the back of Upton instead of the heaving & cramped looking campsite.

    went to Abbey farm campsite, Llangollen Lord Congi favourite hang out , twas very busy as most of liverpool :eek: was there some seemed to be living there long term :eek:

    We went to Skegness. I think it's the first time I've been when it wasn't a scooter rally so it was nice to see other bits of it that wasn't the inside of a pub.

    This week end i built a Victorioan Arbor in my Garden behind the Gothic Folly I Built last Year

    Cleand out my Pond and Filter whitch i built the year bfore dug my garden plus worked 12.5 hours sunday night driveing a shipping crain :eek:

    Ran out of space now so can not build anything else Looks like we need to move :D Bigger Garden Required

    This Wik End is Crew cab work time New Beam welding remove water cooled engine to revert back to 1776 air cooled ;)

    poss go and steel o_O MEAN BORROW Some trees out the woods to carve as Bonsai for by my pool

    We had a busy weekend, Saturday the kids went to their grannys for the day so me & Mrs Robo could clear the loft. Three tip runs & we have cleared a huge space, a few bits to sell and it will be ready :)

    Sunday was a trip to foxton locks for a surprise gathering for a friends 40th, his wife had hired a boat for the day and they were supposed to arrive at the swing bridge at the bottom lock by 1pm. We stood for an hour and a half waving & holding our ballons up to every boat that came down the canal at 2:30pm we were hungry thirsty & fed up of holding the bloody balloons!

    They came through the swing bridge & moored, everyone else who had been waiting in the pub came over to wish him happy birthday so we went straight to the bar and set up camp in their garden with our picnic, weather was warm but overcast and the sun came out about 6pm. The staff came out and said we couldn't eat our own food but we had finished and we were just picking at what was left they were told swiftly that we were drinking their overpriced alcohol & good volume and wern't camped on the tables and chairs so do one! They didn't come back & kept taking our money at the bar :) Had a quick go on the hire boat too so a thoroughly enjoyable day out...

    Monday night Mrs Robo & the mini Robo's went to meet this little cutie...

    Her name is Daisy and will be coming to live with us from Friday, we are all very excited :D

    Went to a local car show 'minis on the rec' although mostly minis there were a couple of local vw clubs with line ups.
