I would treat 130 degrees genuine oil tenperature as a moment of concern. I used to back off at 122 degrees before I had a full flow oil filter/cooler combo. With an 80 degrees C oil thermostat, driving through motorway roadworks at 50mph I see 80 degrees C. If I give it either flat out up hill or 65mph on the flat, that climbs to 105-108 degrees C now. When I slow down oil tneperature tends to start dropping while the cylinder heads heat up madly, going up 20-30deg C . I have checked my 150 deg C VDO sender +gauge- its within 2 degrees of a thermocouple meter jammed into the oil at 100C . VDO data on 120, 130 , 140 and 150 deg C senders... https://vdo-webshop.nl/en/34-temperature-sensors Note different resistance at 90 deg C
