@art b that's pretty common with converted panel vans!! My first bay was a converted panel and I had to remake all of the metal round mine!!
Oh lordy, this is what I'm going to find when I get round to changing the window seals no doubt. Time to double efforts in acquiring MIG skills... with help from the TLBers!
