very unhappy. grrr

  1. It's going to be a little stiff, as it's all new... keep an eye on it for the first few miles, just check the hub for heat with your hand after doing a few miles

    Literally did mine half hour ago.

    Greased the bearings and put them in the freezer yesterday.

    Made sure the inner hub surfaces were hyper clean, then oiled them.

    Bearing went in with 50mm socket on inner one and gentle mallet taps, outside went in with 46mm socket and mallet.

    Tried the threaded bar, found it a pain in the arse.

    I checked squareness by using screwdriver blade at 8 points around the circumference of the outer bearing. The inner bearing can't seat properly not square anyway.
