Unknown Extra Part !!!

Right got all tin ware back from powder coaters, Nearly finished installing tin and I ahve stumbled uopn a part that I have acquired from the powdwe coaters OR is it a part I need .
2.0l Type 4 Engine.

 

No you don't need that, I expect the powder coaters will be pleased to get it back.
