hahaha. i took a few pics but none from the moving train while we were touring about, i did a few whilst off the train.
the 2 class 20's at liverpool street

where they took one off so we could go off somewhere with weight limits, we left it and came back later

the class 37 on the other end

had exactly 1 hour before we left london so quickly ran to see some sights

How many folk were decapitated on this trip ?

 

all remaining /4's were gathered up assesed and stripped to see if they could make 10? good ones so far we have 409 419 423 425 402 405 the rest are either iffy or scrapped the repaired ones have been fully overhauled by hnrc at barrow hill

 

they're hoping for ten years from this overhaul i believe not bad for loco's heading for 50 years old

 

the class 20's were made from 1957.....
