we have a pizza stone they are clay bakeware they cook your pizza evenly with no soggy middle. this is before we bought alex we had some spare money to buy such things - not now. bek - trying to read all the threads quickly so i can go and watch downton abbey
pizza cooking instructions: Put several bottles of cider in the fridge, get in your bus, drive to my pizza shop. let me cook you a couple of my hand thrown pizzas, using fresh dough, that I have made(never frozen), baked in my 25 year old brick based oven, @ 550'. Drive home , enjoy fresh pizza and ice cold cider. Sorted!
