    Today applied liberal amounts of seam sealer to all my joins/ welds

    Also started a bit of filler work to arch join, ran out of time today will flat that tommorow;)

  3. Youll need to scrape some of that seam sealer out before final paint dude otherwise your underseat mats wont fit properly
     
  4. Yeah cheers para i did go a bit ott !!! Iam not gonna use stock carpet on the tub, i wanted to seal it up to avoid another potential moisture/ rust trap;)

    Had an hour spare today so did a bit of filler work on the arch, pretty happy with that, who would know what this arch has gone through the past couple weeks lol.

    Also my late bay owning neighbour popped round so spent time chatting bout dubs, having a conversation about oil temperature senders, namely weldin a m14 wheel nut into the taco plate to fit the sender, only the kind of converstion a dub nut would get lol

    Ive refurbed complete braking system bar the master cylinder and brake lines which were rust free:)

    New shoes n cylinders

    New calipers n discs.... Kerching£££

    Replaced rubber hoses as date stamped 1974 !!!!!!

    U might have noticed rear brakes self adjusting.... PITA is more like it to rebuild!

  15. Also finished repairing the foam on my volvo 240 seats. Very very comfy

  18. Ok rear cabin almost done bar a few touch ups where i overmasked with masking tape!! Good thing about this military paint is its very forgiving! It needs to be with my skills;)
