Very Nice,how much room would you say you have lost from making it into drawers? i now you wanted drawers but just wondered
Loads I should think. I located it hard against the wheel arch and I've got mains and eber vent that side, a square space the other easily big enough for a bucket and room behind and on top. I couldn't got any higher, I thought it might bend when I sit on it.
Front is 18mm from same sheet i bought to make the bed boards. Drawers and unit I went for 12mm. It's all a bit heavy duty, there's about 1/2 a sheet there. I did draw it, but best if you work it out yourself then it won't be my fault. The drawings were only a sketch in autocad, then I picked up parts and arranged them on a sheet to see how I'd get best use and added dimensions to the parts for cutting.
It looks to me you are leaning towards making interiors and have a talent ,maybe a new adventure ,definaltly more satisfying than welding... what you need is a canel boat with no interior...

I would but I'm not sure that he is discerning enough or even that he could afford something of this quality. If @Dicky was truly a man amongst men and smarter than most people he would obviously be financially astute enough to realise that buying this (from me) would mark him as a trend setter and a man to be reckoned with.
Ahem gents, who is it who's actually made this thing? .... Engine is done but no point fetching now as I won't be able to get it back out of the car.
so you need someone to rope in and give you a hand to get it out of the car? how far are you from sutterton?
