Yeah, I think we're gonna get away with it. How incredibly lucky would that be. Not that we would dream of swearing children. Remember, it's not big and its not clever.
Ok, that's me off to bed now so I've gone and done a little tidying up of my posts so they don't traumatise the little children when they log on in the morning. Just a few quotes for you guys @zed and @Dicky et al to sort out and Zed's thread can regain its "U" certificate as awarded by the BBFC (British Board of Forum Censors)
I'm sure the mods will tidy up if they're bothered, but hopefully more likely they'll have a chuckle like I did. Nighty night.
Back to the drawers, 15 bits of wood all cut square and screwed together. Drawer slides fitted. Nearly there, just the fronts to fit then it all comes apart again to be sanded and finished.
They're soft close hinges, I'm going to see if they manage on their own, you have to pull them pretty hard to open them.
So I'll add catches. Not hard though the bottom one will have to catch on the top one. I'll fit catches for the pop out handles anyway.
They look nice. It looks like exactly the same runners as I've used, are there tiny black plastic levers each side that you push one up and one down to remove the drawer?
@Dicky looks like I am at that time the underslung whale heater, there's no way hose A it Fit inside or out on my bus unless I sit it on my knee!
That was a long day yesterday believe it or not. All I did was sort the drawer fronts, take to bits, sand, oil and reassemble but it took untill midnight! There's a top over the drawers too, but if I put that on I can't open them. I need to fit pop-out handles first but I don't have any yet.
