  7. A very nice tactful answer -but you are talking to the person who worked around the corner from the Hacienda and wondered why all those people were so stupid to queue around the block to get in on a Friday/Saturday night when I finished my shift!o_O

I've got about 3500 vinyl LPs at the moment. Everything from 16&2/3rpm spoken word discs through to some early 78rpm jazz. Although the bulk of the collection is from the sixties & early/mid seventies. Never bothered with 45s, they were never my thing :)

    What are your top treasures?

  13. I kept most of mine from the golden era of british music that was the 80's.
The Wendy James - Transvision Vamp picture disk LP must be worth almost the £4.99 I paid for it, then there is all the Adam and the Ants stuff. Not all of it is as good as those though!

The 3 Nick Drake albums, all still sealed & a copy of Leige & Lief signed by Fairport Convention & the production crew, quite a few others signed by the artist.

  17. My favourite vinyl records are the old jazz ones. Dizzie Gillespie 'Have Trumpet, Will Excite' original pressing. Also an original Bill Evans, but that got broken when my wife threw it at me (older vinyl is much more brittle).
