The motocross guys buy older lwb sprinters and then a relatively new caravan and put a lot of that in the van. Cheap way of getting heaters, cooking stuff, cupboards and beds all ready made of modified.

If you factor £1000 for an Eberspacher, £3000 for a caravan is a bargain.


Or you could spend £30k on something made of aluminium sheet and named after an American state or a wind of some description.

 

I met a guy doing that, was retired didn’t own a house , lived in his camper when not house sitting

 

Was a T4, cool way to travel , see different places and live cheaply, cool dude B)

 

A friend just sent this photo from their campsite in Colorado.
Now, this is a motorhome and towing a trailer with the Jeep and All Terrain buggy. The motorhome cost about $500,000 USD.
Not surprisingly, the owners are in the oil business down in Oklahoma.
