Im in Bristol and hopeing for no snow as i hav to go into town with the misses to register the birth of yr baby boy all booked up .

Supposed to be driving form Sheffield to Surrey to visit friends for the weekend. It's taken ages to arrange ... and we've got tickets for Crystal Palace on Saturday afternoon. Poobags. Obviously not as bad as having to go to a wedding which can't be rearranged so easily ...

Which way you going? A1, M1, M42, M5? All of those should have at least one lane open. South Wales is the only area in the Red zone so you should be fine. Birmingham area of M42 always seems to take a hammering with bad weather for some reason.. I don't know why.

Let us know how you get on. (You could drive the whole way through the bondow in a landy and get there.. I love using them in work)
