    Nope - it's definitely a Type 1 stat with a missing bit. Will post a picture tomorrow.

    Bit's don't come off the T1 stat's AFAIK. Looking forward to the picture. :)

    Probably not what your looking to spend but i have a NOS thermostat only for £60 ( i really need a decent type 4 one )
