WANTED T1 thermostat, bracket and rod

    Cool. See what transpires.
    Sooner would be better if anyone else has these items, particularly the rod which will hold up assembling everything. The bracket and stat I can add later if needs be. :)

    They are both marked with the same temperature range but are physically different:thinking:

  18. I have a working type 1 stat (minus the brass ferrule) spare, if it's any use? No rod or bracket though.

    Yours for the postage, or if you make it to the Cotswolds next weekend or Eastnor Castle the following one, I'll hand it to you in person... :)

    Nice one, but... Brass ferrule? Does it have exterior thread at one end?
     
  20. Sorry - I meant the threaded brass tube/coupling at the "top" is missing.
    It does indeed have exterior thread at the top, and an internal thread at the bottom. If you have a faulty stat with the missing bit, it should be a straight swap.

    We may or may not make it to the Cotswolds this weekend, but will be at Eastnor the following one. I'll put it in the van when we pack.
