    Malc - Ive just been and measured ours, its approx 22 1/4" from floor to wheelarch lip - sounds ok to me (or we both have saggy derriers)!

    Its no good measuring from the arch to the ground, if your tyres are low on pressure or you have different size wheels
    youl get different measurements . you need to measure from arch to center of hubb 10 1/2 inch or 268mm
