So what causes all the knife crime?

  1. At least we can say , the airlines acting promptly after 9/11 by removing real knives.
    So confiscate all knives and give us PLASTIC

  2. Not sure what tune I have changed. Those that take illegal drugs clearly create a demand/supply, some of them will fail to draw the link between their use and serious organised crime, not just me that says this and it leads too much of the topic (knife crime) being discussed here. Yes alcohol causes issues when not consumed responsibly, but no doubt widening of drug use by making it all legal would also put a greater weight on the health services and potentially we don't fully know what the health issues of drug use are. At this stage comparison of the cost in a financial sense between the two is pointless, no doubt though if drug use was widened by making it legal the cost to the NHS is highly likely to increase. One of the biggest issues facing the NHS that demands great resource is obesity and type 2 diabetes, of course nothing illegal with eating too much.
     
  3. Im really sorry to hear that. Its an unfortunate coincidence I mention it but it was in context and no personal offence was meant its close to home for me too and as a tradesman of many years theres chance it will get me too knowing what i know now i should have taken a safe occupation.
