I had 9 inches last night... Cars just abandoned everywhere... Work is terrible as we ate ridiculously understaffed and looks like people have nothing better to do than potter about crotchdale... I'm not happy today!
Been diverted by the boss, now going to Blackburn to rescue my mate who has been stuck in yard all day, has anyone in that area got another shovel?
We had about 8" or so more last night - took me over half an hour to shovel the snow away from the drive so that Gin could get the Hyundai out to go to work. She called to say speeds were about 5-10mph along one of the main (non-freeway) routes into Salt Lake City. Hopefully it stays clear through this afternoon, as her mum is picking me up then Gin, to go to our 20-week ultrasound! More snow is forecast for tomorrow and on until early Thursday morning - the mountains are forecast to have 1 to 2 feet, we're due anywhere from 2 to 5 inches. The roof of the house had just started appearing through the melting snow, too
